Consistent practice delivers the greatest results - and our membership options are designed to support just that. Whether you're integrating Pilates into an already active lifestyle or building a new foundation of strength and mobility, regular attendance is key.
For those already engaging in resistance or strength training, we recommend attending one or two classes per week. If Mové Pilates is your primary form of strength training or if you want faster results, two to three sessions per week will offer the most benefit.
These recommendations align with global physical activity guidelines to help you move well, feel strong, and live better.
Movement for Real Life. Unlike traditional workouts that often isolate single muscle groups in limited planes of movement, reformer Pilates trains the body as an integrated system. Using spring resistance - and in our studio, sometimes the addition of external weights - we create controlled, full-body resistance training that challenges your muscles through a wide range of motion and across multiple movement patterns.
This approach builds strength not just in isolated muscles, but in the way your body actually moves in real life: dynamically, in multiple directions, and with core control.
The reformer also reduces joint load by minimizing the effects of gravity, making it ideal for developing strength safely and sustainably - whether you're just starting out, recovering from injury, or looking to take your performance to the next level.
Move at All Levels. Whether you’re looking to start your Pilates journey or have some level of experience, Mové Pilates has a class for you! Join our all-levels class where beginners, intermediates and advanced clients move side-by-side growing in your own practice at your own pace. With a focus on progressive overload and mindful movement, you’ll leave each class feeling stronger and pain-free.
Move (Even with Kids in Tow). We know that parenting often means putting your own needs last. That’s why we offer child-friendly classes where your little ones are welcome. Our studio features a baby- and toddler-friendly area, equipped with a playmat, toys, and baby rocker.
